About Us: Pitch is a modern marketing agency for today’s publishing world. Focused on servicing clients in the UK & USA, we harness the power of digital to deliver high-impact influencer marketing campaigns with an audience first approach. Launched in November 2023, this is a new & growing team with plenty of opportunity for development.

We are on the hunt for a brilliant freelance Social Content Creator to join our small team 1-2 days per week. You’ll be someone who lives and breathes social content, understands online communities and can bring a love of books and reading - as we specialise in publishing and literary brand campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating, editing & posting social content across Instagram & TikTok
  • Supporting day-to-day community management and engagement
  • Collaborating on content calendars and creative planning

We’re seeking someone who:

  • Is London-based and available for occasional in-person events
  • Has demonstrable passion for books, reading and online culture
  • Has experience creating content for brands or personal projects (please share examples)
  • Is comfortable filming, editing, writing copy and maintaining a schedule
  • Is proactive, professional and collaborative, with a strong attention to detail

Nice to have:

  • Experience managing or growing a brand or influencer account
  • Knowledge of publishing & lifestyle-focused digital trends and emerging communities

Details:

  • Freelance, 1–2 days a week (flexible scheduling)
  • Initial contract of 3-month contract, with potential to extend
  • Day rate dependent on experience
