This Salesforce partner is recognised as the leading Salesforce implementation partner in the Automotive sector, helping major brands implement Salesforce solutions to manage their entire Sales and Customer experience processes. They are seeing huge demand for their expertise across Salesforce Commerce Cloud and are looking to hire a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer / Consultant to help understand their customers' processes, design and develop Commerce Cloud solutions, as part of a wider Multi-Cloud transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions.
- Coding languages: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML (Python is a plus).
- Leading scoping workshops to extract business processes, including as is and to be processes.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Engineers to design SFCC solutions.
- Customise SFCC functionalities including catalogue management, pricing rules, promotions, inventory management, and order processing, to meet business requirements.
- Work with internal Salesforce consultants to mentor and upskill them on SFCC.
- Support the Practice Director to develop the SFCC practice and market proposition.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Multiple years experience building and implementing SFCC solutions.
- Hands-on experience customising SFCC functionality.
- Significant experience gathering, challenging and refining business requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C certified (advantageous).
Must have:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other relevant IT discipline. Also consider Business Management.
