Simmons and Hanbury have been instructed by a leading global retailer on a Legal Counsel hire into their team in London. This is an exciting chance to grow and develop an existing legal function with the support of an experienced Senior Legal Manager and Head of Legal.
Reporting to the Senior Legal Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing commercial real estate transactions (primarily asset management and leasing)
- Act as the first point of contact for legal matters across the region
- Support across a wide range of legal issues including commercial real estate, commercial contracts, debt recovery, construction, planning, and dispute resolution.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor in the UK or common law jurisdiction
- Top law firm training or in-house trained at a Real Estate or Retail company
- 0.5PQE - 3PQE (this is a guide only)
