  • Showing in depth trend knowledge, clearly identify department key items, key colours, new fabrics and details in line with the NC customer.
  • Keeping sustainability at the forefront of all development, constantly researching and evolving the brand to be the market leaders.
  • Sourcing the newest sustainable fabrics and trims to elevate the range.
  • Lead and participate in regular team meetings to present the range to heads of & CEO.

  • Be able to work to and manage a critical path and demonstrate organisation and drive to ensure ranges and correct samples are delivered on time.
  • Supporting with wholesale packs alongside the Senior designer and helping to amend this on a regular basis as needed.
  • Assisting with any other admin tasks including but not limited to photo shoot preparation, production, fabric and trim organisation.
  • Assisting the team with any other department needs on other departments other than your own in key seasonal pressure times.

You’ll bring:

  • Graduate fashion degree and industry experience in similar roles.
  • A can-do attitude, with strong drive and energy to deliver.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • IT design skills in Illustrator/CAD/InDesign.
