My client is a Build to Rent developer/operator based in London. They are dedicated to providing exceptional service to their tenants and maintaining high standards across their property. As part of their commitment to excellence, they are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Tenancy Management Team Lead at their prime central London Build to Rent site.
You will be responsible for managing a team of Tenancy Coordinators and the end-to-end tenancy journey, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and delivering exceptional customer service to the tenants.
Responsibilities:
- Team management
- Liaising with prospective tenants to facilitate the application process.
- Conducting reference checks and affordability assessments.
- Coordinating move-in logistics and conducting property inductions for new tenants.
- Acting as the main point of contact for tenants throughout their tenancy, addressing any queries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
