Hey future tech-savvy marketer, this is a hands-on digital marketing role where you’ll learn WordPress, automation & CRM from the ground up. If you get a buzz from making systems run smoothly—configuring WordPress sites, tweaking a CRM, and problem solving puzzles - ie: “why isn’t this automation firing?” —you’ll feel at home here. This is not a copy-writing or social-media gig. It’s the behind-the-scenes engine room where websites are launched, automations are wired, and data is kept spotless. You’ll start with checklists and proven playbooks, then level up to troubleshooting and process improvement alongside our senior web and CRM specialists.
Why you’ll thrive:
- Hands-on from day one – spin up WaaS sites, import lists, and build email/SMS workflows.
- Structured learning path – we’ll teach you the tech; you bring the curiosity and care.
- Detail beats drama – your calm, methodical style keeps projects moving and clients happy.
- Clear impact – every site you launch and every automation you fix helps eye-surgeon entrepreneurs grow faster—and that shows in your metrics.
If you’re the person classmates begged for help when their website broke, or the friend who actually reads the “help” docs before asking questions, let’s talk.
What You’ll Do:
The Marketing Operations Technician supports our WaaS and Hattie CRM products by configuring, launching, and updating customer sites and CRM accounts. You’ll also play a key role in supporting customer requests and ensuring high-quality implementation of our standard frameworks.
WaaS Website Configuration & Content Upload:
- Launch new websites using our WaaS playbooks
- Populate pages with approved content, media, and SEO settings
- Format content to match our visual and UX standards
- Configure blogs, menus, and pages using templates
- Liaise with the Web Product Manager to final-check and push live
Hattie CRM Configuration & Content Upload:
- Set up new CRM accounts using our snapshot templates
- Import contacts and lists as needed
- Build automations, forms, and pipelines using our CRM playbooks
- Upload and schedule emails, SMS, and workflows for campaigns
- Troubleshoot and report tech issues with the CRM platform
Customer Support (WaaS & Hattie):
- Monitor support channels (Teamwork, WhatsApp) and respond to queries
- Solve basic tech and how-to questions using checklists, pre-made videos and FAQ
- Escalate complex requests to product leads
- Keep support tickets organised and updated with status and solutions
- Track common questions and update internal documentation
Who You Are:
- Tech-Savvy & Resourceful: You’re comfortable learning new tools fast. You’ve used website builders (like WordPress, Figma, Photoshop or similar) and played around with CRMs, email tools, or automation software. You have basic awareness of how to read reports on Google Analytics and Google Paid Ads. You Google before you guess.
- Detail-Oriented: You don’t miss a step. You follow checklists and keep things tidy. When uploading content or setting up automations, you triple-check everything works before calling it done.
- Efficient & Process-Driven: You love ticking off tasks and seeing things ship. You value systems, SOPs, and repeatable processes that help you get faster and better each time.
- Clear Communicator: You write clearly. You’re great at keeping people in the loop and flagging issues early. You know when to ask for help—and when to move things forward on your own.
- Hungry to Grow: You want to learn more about websites, automation, and digital marketing. You love the idea of building your skills in a high-performance team and growing your role over time.
What We Offer:
- For the first six months, you’ll work from the London office. After that, we’ll discuss work-from-anywhere options with occasional visits to HQ.
