Purpose:
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on delivering tailored solutions that meet business needs. Using deep understanding of SAP, solution design, implementation, and post-deployment optimisation. Responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
Will support and may be build out solution designs so Project Management experience would be useful.
Accountabilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
Design, document, and implement business solutions that align with strategic goals.
Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
Oversee solution delivery from conception through post-deployment, ensuring timely and efficient outcomes.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide ongoing support post-launch.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
SAP Experience in Sales/Finance is required.
Experience working with 3rd parties and has project experience.
Proven experience in business analysis, solution design, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with software delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
Background in IT, software development, or system implementation.
