We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to support our marketing team. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with a get-it-done attitude, copywriting experience, and proficiency in tools like Canva and PowerPoint. You’ll play a key role in content creation, campaign execution, and day-to-day marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms
  • Create compelling, on-brand copy for social media, email newsletters, ads, and website content
  • Design engaging visual content using Canva for digital and print materials
  • Prepare and edit presentations using PowerPoint for internal and external use
  • Support the coordination of events
  • Conduct market research and compile reports on marketing activities and campaign performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with education, finance, and nursery managers teams to ensure cohesive messaging
  • Manage and update marketing assets and content calendars
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, file organization, and vendor communication

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be confident in proofreading and editing
  • Proven copywriting experience for various marketing channels
  • Proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint is a must
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a “get-it-done” mindset
  • Familiarity with basic marketing concepts and tools (bonus: experience with email marketing platforms, social media scheduling tools, or CRM systems)
