Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily household operations and staff, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for service and guest-facing activities.
  • Oversee both formal and informal table service, wardrobe management, and guest hospitality.
  • Supervise housekeeping and liaise with the chef, chauffeur, and estate manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Organise, attend, and serve at private functions, dinners, and events, while maintaining the utmost discretion.
  • Maintain household inventories and supplies, and liaise with vendors and external contractors as needed.
  • Uphold strict standards of privacy, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
