We’re looking for a proactive individual to connect with regional employers and stakeholders, champion training and skills support, and help shape the future of the engineering construction workforce. You’ll be the go-to person for building strong partnerships, finding smart learning solutions, and making sure our services hit the mark.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Essential: Previous relevant experience demonstrating a level of competence working effectively in a business relationship-focused capacity.
  • Experience of training and competence systems.
  • Experience in identifying and delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Proven ability to identify and pursue opportunities for business or service development.
  • Experience in managing challenging conversations or stakeholder negotiations.
  • Demonstrable experience of working to deadlines and delivering results.
  • Desired: Experience in managing non-technical projects, including stakeholder coordination.
  • Familiarity with the engineering construction sector or a related industry, particularly in a skills or training capacity.
  • Exposure to coaching or mentoring activities within a team environment.
  • Awareness of risk management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of the 1991 Industrial Training Board Order.
