We are recruiting on behalf of a leading building services contractor for an experienced Project Manager to deliver HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

  • Run commercial M&E projects from planning to handover
  • Lead site teams & subcontractors
  • Manage timelines, budgets & client expectations
  • Ensure H&S and compliance standards are met
  • Report progress to senior management

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years’ PM experience (HVAC/mechanical/plumbing)
  • SMSTS, H&S training, DBS check
  • Strong leadership & communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
