Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced photographer to join our team as a Photogrammetry Specialist. This role involves extensive travel across the UK and internationally to capture high-precision visual data for asset inspection and reverse engineering using advanced photogrammetry techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photographic data using specialized photogrammetry equipment
- Travel to various sites, including international locations, often at short notice
- Conduct photography at events and industrial locations requiring technical accuracy and aesthetic quality
- Collaborate with clients on-site to understand project requirements and deliver visual assets accordingly
- Manage post-production processes including photo editing, retouching, and 3D reconstruction (knowledge of Agisoft or RealityCapture is a plus)
- Maintain records of shoots, manage schedules, and track expenses
- Ensure visual data meets technical and quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience with professional photographic equipment
- Background in event photography, particularly sporting or high-paced environments
- Valid UK passport and readiness to travel frequently
- Strong artistic skills with an understanding of framing, lighting, and color composition
- Excellent computer skills; advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop required
- Familiarity with photogrammetry software such as Agisoft Metashape or RealityCapture is advantageous
- Attention to detail throughout the entire capture and editing process
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact professionally with clients and teams
