Working with and influencing both external and internal stakeholders, you’ll be at the forefront of complex and high-stakes global trade issues affecting current and future business models and technologies.
Key job responsibilities:- This lawyer will join a team responsible for providing comprehensive legal and strategic trade advice to Amazon’s EU and UK businesses.
- In this role, you will counsel internal businesses on a broad range of import, export, and other trade regulatory matters, including providing day-to-day guidance on trade regulations, advising on emerging regulatory and enforcement trends, and delivering strategic support to internal businesses navigating an increasingly complex trade environment.
- You will also work with business, tech, and logistics teams on exciting new products, services, and cross-border business models.
The successful candidate must be enthusiastic about technology and delighting customers, enjoy being continually challenged, and demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:- Qualified lawyer with outstanding academic credentials.
- 5+ years of post-admission legal experience.
- Excellent English, both spoken and written.
