A well-established business is looking for a Head of Digital to lead the strategy and drive brand growth across both the UK and EU markets. This role will be instrumental in establishing digital by enhancing the online presence, developing new media strategies, and implementing data-driven marketing campaigns that align with brand identity, objectives, and customer engagement goals. The successful candidate will manage and optimise channels, ensuring cohesion across markets and brand resonance with target audiences. In return, you will receive a salary of up to £70,000 per annum, plus a bonus and additional benefits. This is a full-time, office-based role.
Key responsibilities as Head of Digital:
- Digital Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive strategy for both UK and EU markets, covering social media, content marketing, website development, mobile apps, and digital advertising.
- Campaign Management: Oversee multi-channel campaigns from concept to execution, monitoring performance and optimising strategies to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilise analytics and data insights to inform strategies, track KPIs, and provide regular performance reports. Adjust strategies based on data to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Social Media Management: Lead social media strategy across various platforms, including content creation, community management, influencer partnerships, and paid social advertising.
- Content Development: Manage content production, including visual, written, and video content, to enhance the brand’s online presence and engagement.
- Website & SEO Optimisation: Optimise websites for user experience, search engines, and conversions. Oversee SEO strategies to increase organic reach and improve rankings.
- New Media Innovation: Identify and incorporate emerging trends, technologies, and tools that resonate with the target audience and enhance customer engagement.
We’re looking for a Head of Digital with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Extensive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role focused on digital media or new media.
- Automotive industry experience is required.
- Experience in product launch campaigns, with a strong focus on digital, social media, and experiential marketing.
- Cross-Market Expertise: Proven experience working across multi-country markets, particularly in the UK and EU, and understanding cultural nuances that impact strategies.
