We are delighted to be partnering with this leading online retail business in their search for a CRM Manager. Our client is committed to making their vital products easy to access, and easy to afford for everyone using cutting edge technology and empowering a stand out team to do so. To help with their continued growth they are searching for a CRM Manager with retail / ecommerce / D2C experience to drive acquisition & retention, increase revenue, and optimise ROI across their ecommerce services.

Partnering with colleagues in brand, creative and content, you’ll ensure all customer communications feel personalised and journeys feel simple.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Head of CRM and CRM Executive to develop and execute customer-focused CRM and email marketing strategies, using Braze to deliver communications that resonate and reassure.
  • Build and refine SMS and push notification campaigns to complement email efforts, ensuring consistent and cohesive messaging across every touchpoint.
  • Use audience personas and rich data sources to segment, target, and personalise campaigns.
  • Confidently produce clear, actionable reports within Braze, working alongside our Head of Data & Analytics to track performance and highlight opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee email and SMS campaign content, including design, copywriting, and A/B testing, to drive high open and click-through rates. You’ll have the support of our content team.
  • Work closely with the wider Marketing team to ensure CRM campaigns align with our broader messaging, values, brand guidelines and goals.
