We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our design team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative and functional designs for hospitality spaces. Your expertise in interior design principles, space planning, and material selection will contribute to creating aesthetically pleasing and practical environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
  • Create design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to present to clients.
  • Develop detailed design plans, including space layout, furniture placement, lighting, and material selection.
  • Specify and source furniture, fixtures, finishes, and equipment (FF&E) within the given budget and project timeline.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress, provide design guidance, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies in the interior design industry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure that projects meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
  • Proficiency in using design software such as Vectorworks, SketchUp, or other 3D rendering programs.
  • Strong knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, and building regulations.
  • Familiarity with local and international suppliers/vendors for sourcing materials and FF&E.
