  • Help track and report on partner activities, performance, and project timelines.
  • Support the preparation of meetings, partner presentations, and reporting materials.
  • Monitor inbound partnership requests and conduct initial assessments to support decision-making.

  • Help organize partner workshops, calls, and events.
  • Stay informed on key trends in hospitality tech to identify potential opportunities for collaboration.

KPIs:

  • Timely and accurate coordination of partner interactions and follow-ups.
  • Partner needs and requests are clearly communicated and resolved in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Accurate tracking and documentation of partnership progress and deliverables.
  • High satisfaction from internal stakeholders due to clear support and communication from the partnerships team.

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or project coordination, ideally in tech, SaaS, hospitality, or payments.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with product, legal, or sales teams is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), or project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Notion).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages (French, German, or Dutch) are a plus.
  • Passion for hospitality and technology.

What characteristics are we looking for:

  • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Organized and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable taking initiative and working both independently and in teams.
  • Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative environments.
  • Eager to build a career in partnerships and grow within a fast-paced, global company.

What’s in it for you?

  • Ability to do your job in a truly flexible environment.
  • Genuine career opportunities in a company that’s creating new jobs every day.
