  • Innovate and Improve: Challenge legacy business processes, identify opportunities for automation, and drive a continuous improvement agenda.
  • Strategic Oversight: Manage all system developments and changes, follow and maintain a structured change control process, and ensure high standards of testing, documentation, and user adoption.
  • Stakeholder Support: Provide functional support to stakeholders throughout the business and manage the resolution of escalated support tickets.
  • System Management: Take ownership of all system patches and upgrades, ensure test systems are up to date, and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Review and challenge current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure effective delivery.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure data and management information are managed in line with GDPR and maintain robust data integrity.
  • Reporting Excellence: Manage report requests and ensure the business has a reporting catalogue that meets customer needs.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure BAU activity and system enhancements are delivered efficiently and consistently whilst also providing an excellent service to your customers.

What we’re looking for:

  • Technical Skills: Demonstrable knowledge of SQL, Excel, and XML, with solid experience in report building.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience managing a team of at least 2-3 people.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to see the 'whole picture' to suggest and deliver practical solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Superb relationship-building skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

Benefits include:

  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays with an option to Buy/Sell additional days.
  • Pension with a leading provider and up to 8% employer contribution.
  • Personal Wellbeing and Volunteer Days.
  • Private Medical Insurance.
  • Life Assurance.
  • Free 24/7 365 Employee Assistance Program to support mental health and well-being (including counselling sessions and legal advice).
  • Flexible benefits to choose from including Dental Insurance, Gym Membership, Give As You Earn, Travel Insurance, Tax Free Bikes.

Next Steps: As a business, we’re on a journey to build on our culture where everyone is included, treated fairly and with respect. This starts with recruitment and how we bring people into the organisation. We’ll do our best to outline the recruitment process to you ahead of time with plenty of notice.
