Formula 1 covers a huge range of disciplines across a wide array of industry sectors, drawing the very best from our teams of technicians, engineers and media rights specialists and encouraging the creativity of experts in the fields of digital and traditional media, marketing and communications.

We are recruiting for a Commercial Producer for our Commercial Media team who would be based at our Biggin Hill office. This role will require unsociable hours including weekend and night work, as well as travel to 6-8 races per season.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver all trackside and paddock sponsorship branding at Formula 1 events.
  • Liaise with the promoter and partnership teams to understand sponsors' contractual requirements.
  • Review technical drawings and plan suitable locations for trackside and paddock branding.
  • Oversee the setup and delivery of all regional virtual advertising, working alongside the virtual team to deliver the required exposure at each event.
  • Planning, and on-site setup of trackside LED’s, with oversight of the content creation.
  • Attend and lead meetings with promoters and third parties at each event, both remotely and when on site.
  • Work with the creative team to develop new ideas and identify branding opportunities and next generation signage.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and work closely with the installation team on site to ensure all advertising is delivered on time and to the required standard.
  • Maintain supplier relationships ensuring projects are completed on time and budget.
  • Work with the track director in the live gallery, to ensure branding gets optimal visibility to meet targets, by monitoring exposure levels during the broadcast.
  • Keep all information documented and tracked using the F1 project management system.
  • Timeline and deadline ownership.
  • Post-race reports and supporting documents.

Specification Essentials:

  • A-levels / BTEC National Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 years of overseeing the planning and delivery of large-scale projects and events.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite – In Design / Illustrator.
  • Live TV gallery experience.
