We are looking for an ERP Lead to join the team to support and lead the direction of our ERP supply chain modules and integrations to PLM and execution systems. Reporting to the Head of ERP, you will collaborate closely with Operations stakeholders and Business System Analysts to ensure our system solutions support their exacting needs. You will own the alignment of Atlassian Williams Racing's processes and requirements with the capabilities of our solutions; collaborate closely with stakeholders and vendors in supporting our system solution; and support the development of direct reports.

Main duties:

  • Team Leadership & People Development
    • Lead and manage the personnel required to support and improve our operations ERP solution and its integrations with the wider systems landscape.
    • Identify organisational needs and contribute to annual plan to resource the team appropriately.
    • Build development and succession plans to establish a high performing and motivated team.
  • Platform
    • Ensure that any maintenance, and enhancements of platform solutions are appropriate, timely, risk mitigated and communicated to the organisational needs.
    • Facilitate system upgrades and configuration deployment supporting execution of regression testing where appropriate.
    • Ensure solution is supported and issues are resolved within internal SLAs, collaborating with Business System Analysts and corresponding Finance ERP Support team members.
  • Functional Systems Strategy
    • Work closely with peers across TIG and to ensure that any capabilities required outside of the core platforms are defined and scoped appropriately, leveraging the most of existing capabilities and avoiding the purchase of new tools.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
    • Contribute to the wider Enterprise Systems strategy with input on technology direction and initiatives to support the business and its transformation.
    • Partner with key Operations contacts, regularly engaging with them alongside Business Systems Analysts to understand requirements and keeping them up to date with project deliverables and progress.
  • Governance & Compliance
    • Ensure implemented solutions comply with internal and regulatory policies and non-conforming processes are sought out and aligned.
    • Ensure team comply with cost cap regulations and risks are escalated.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Plan and find opportunities for adding value or seeking innovation within each period of work, utilising this time to develop personnel.
    • Continually assess and implement strategies to reduce inefficient work and utilise other areas of TIG to take on support tasks to enable the team to focus on future initiatives.
    • Stay updated on industry and technology trends, seeking system improvement opportunities through peer learning and collaboration.
  • Risk Management
    • Seek out, identify and contribute to strategies to remedy risks to the current system solutions and their use within Williams.
    • Ensure that appropriate risk management practices are applied to any improvements, projects or programmes and identified risks are mitigated or escalated.
    • Help identify and propose mitigations for business risks around off-platform working practices, legacy technologies and unsound processes.

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous, proven experience implementing and supporting D365 F&O supply chain functionality.
  • Experience managing operations and manufacturing solutions in complex and high-pressure environments.
  • Proven track record of optimising processes and integrating/aligning them seamlessly within the extended system landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and drive alignment.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring that our systems support the ongoing evolution of the organization’s performance and objectives.
  • Collaborative and curious approach to technical problem-solving.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of groups and disciplines seamlessly.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving requirements.
