Senior / Quantity Surveyor
Exeter
I would like to speak with experienced Quantity Surveyors in the Exeter area looking for their next opportunity.
Working with an established commercial team, you will join likeminded professionals and financially manage several projects. With a diverse portfolio of projects that will include commercial, industrial, healthcare, retail and other blue-chip clients.
If you are looking to join a long-established contractor with drive and passion to deliver high quality projects this could be the perfect opportunity.
The role:
- Manage all commercial/financial functions on the projects assigned to you.
- Understanding the administration of contracts e.g. JCT & D&B
- Manage supply chain procurement and develop strong relationships.
- Complete understanding of the CVR process.
- Site measurements and valuations
- Manage both cost and value to successful completion / final account
Suitable candidate / Qualifications:
- Must come from a regional or Tier 1 Quantity Surveying background with knowledge of building up to 10m
- Manage the CVR process.
- Experience of delivering successful/profitable projects.
- Ideally local supply chain knowledge
- Full driving license
