Your key responsibilities:

  • Contribute to creating exceptional guest experience by following the Hotel Amenity Program - preparing all mis-en-place, delivering and clearing amenities in the guest rooms.
  • Provide discrete, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tailor your approach to achieve high-quality results and exceed expectations.
  • Deliver discreet, understated, and timely service, always going the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.
