Your key responsibilities:
- Contribute to creating exceptional guest experience by following the Hotel Amenity Program - preparing all mis-en-place, delivering and clearing amenities in the guest rooms.
- Provide discrete, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
- Tailor your approach to achieve high-quality results and exceed expectations.
- Deliver discreet, understated, and timely service, always going the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.
