Are you an experienced team manager from a call centre, contact centre, or financial services environment?

Have you looked after teams in a customer services or complaints handling department?

The main purpose of this role is to lead, motivate, and mentor the team, ensuring overall team performance.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £40,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus 23 days' holiday, plus bank holidays, your birthday off, EAP system, and more!

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the customer services and complaints handling process, ensuring timely processing of requests,
  • Acting as the next point of contact for any escalated cases,
  • Ensure compliance across the department,
  • Prepare and produce reports on team statistics and overall team performance.

The ideal candidate:

  • Must have previous team management experience in a call centre, contact centre, or financial services environment,
  • Will need to be able to manage a high-performing team, motivating and developing team members along the way,
  • Must have excellent communication and customer services skills.
