Our client is a well-established and design-led company in the premium workspace solutions sector, looking for a Senior Digital & eCommerce Manager to lead its digital transformation and online growth. With a strong reputation for quality and innovation, and an expansive showroom showcasing leading global brands, this business is focused on elevating its digital presence.
This strategic and hands-on leadership role involves owning the digital agenda across eCommerce, performance marketing, customer experience, and lifecycle management. You will shape the company's digital future using data-driven insights to achieve meaningful growth, while mentoring a small but capable team.
What you’ll do...
- Own and manage the eCommerce P&L to meet revenue and profit targets
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital growth strategy
- Drive pricing and promotional initiatives to increase sales and margins
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Lead conversion rate optimisation (CRO), including A/B testing and UX/UI enhancements
- Oversee digital channels including SEO, PPC, email, social, and affiliates
- Manage and optimise digital marketing budgets to maximise ROI
- Implement lifecycle and retention marketing strategies to boost CLTV
- Lead CRM strategy and segmentation to enhance customer targeting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compelling, accurate product listings and site content
- Ensure the eCommerce platform is scalable, secure, and high-performing
- Manage agency relationships and external partners for top-quality delivery
- Stay ahead of digital trends by identifying new tools and channels to support growth
Who you are...
- You have proven experience leading digital and eCommerce growth in a product-led business
- Hands-on expertise with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM, and analytics tools
- Confident managing budgets, targets, and a cross-functional team
- Data-driven and results-oriented with a focus on customer experience
- Knowledge of B2B and high-value DTC markets, especially within furniture or interiors, is desirable
- Experience with platforms such as Craft CMS, Moz, Ruler Analytics, and Onepage CRM
- You are an innovative thinker who embraces new technology and digital trends
