In this role we are looking for a flexible, organized, self-starter to join the Global Talent & Learning CoE team and act as a Talent Lead. In this role you will have the ability to design, build and implement strategic talent initiatives and to contribute with your experience and passion in a dynamic, complex and global business, all in partnership with business HR teams and other COE functions.

Opportunities:

  • You will be developing and implementing employee retention programmes or/and strategies.
  • You will be leading customer-centric strategic talent management initiatives, plans, and programs and will work closely with the HR leaders and the business to design and implement programs with a global impact.
  • You will design and establish long-term talent initiatives that may include: identifying critical jobs, determining talent gaps, and developing long-term plans to bridge the gaps.
  • You will be enrolling employees into different talent development programs and looking for opportunities of expanding the offerings to address the continuously evolving needs.
  • You will be managing the existing platforms/software solutions used for talent purposes from A to Z.
  • You will be creating processes that enable identifying and surfacing top talent to business and HR leaders in deploying the right employee, to the right job at the right time.
  • You should be able to sell your ideas to your peers, business leaders and employees and use storytelling techniques by using facts and data.
  • You will be monitoring, analysing, and reporting appropriate metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and looking at new ways of reporting that matter to the business.
  • You will be looking at continuous improvements of the existing programs.
  • You will be co-leading the annual performance management process.

Skills:

  • You should be a disciplined self-starter; resourceful and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with multiple and changing objectives.
  • You should have relevant experience in Talent Management in a global organisation designing, leading and implementing talent initiatives.
  • You should have great interpersonal skills & previous experience working with cross-cultural teams at a global level.
  • You should be analytical and able to interpret data.
  • You should be brilliant at influencing employees at all levels to support your strategies.
  • You should be familiar with managing performance management, succession planning and leadership development programmes.
  • You should have experience in Project management.
  • You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
