Unit4 Polska specializes in creating innovative IT systems that support key areas of business operations (HR and payroll, finance, logistics, production, etc.), taking into account changes occurring both within the company and in its business environment. Unit4 is involved in the development of ERP and HR systems in Poland, sold under the common brand TETA. The company offers the TETA HR system, a market leader in HR, and the people-oriented TETA ERP system, which automates current work for strategic activities.
The Junior Cloud Operations Engineer position is part of the TETA Cloud Operations team. The team manages the UNIT4 Poland data centre, from which SaaS and BPO services for TETA ERP/HR/ME products are provided.
- Receiving, executing, and forwarding requests from clients or internal requests, escalating requests to the appropriate team members depending on the area.
- Granting, modifying, and revoking access to the environment.
- Conducting access audits.
- Monitoring the environment's operation through monitoring the status in central software.
- Cooperating with other teams in the company (e.g., Application Development Department, Projects, Sales, TETA programme support line) and partners.
- Preparing technical documentation in Polish and English.
- Contacting clients in Polish and English.
- Maintaining a good atmosphere in the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in a large IT organization in a similar position.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 or newer and Windows Server 2012R2 or newer.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Remote Desktop Services along with Remote Desktop Gateway.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite from a user perspective (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- English language – B2 level (intermediate, spoken and written).
Preferred:
- Experience working with Jira, PRTG.
- Knowledge of the User and Computer Management module of Active Directory.
