We are recruiting for an Administration Operations Manager for a forward-thinking progressive service-based organisation in Stevenage experiencing exciting growth in their sector. This is a new position within the team and a great opportunity to make your mark within the business. This role is full-time office based, Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 5.30pm.

Role Overview

As the Administration Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day administrative functions, including managing a small admin team of 3 staff, improving operational efficiency and helping build systems that support the team. You will be instrumental in ensuring that all the internal processes run smoothly and effectively with an eye on continuous improvement.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Collating and filing engineer's reports, tracking work schedules to ensure all contracted tasks are completed.
  • Overseeing the company car fleet - making sure that MOTs and servicing warranties are maintained.
  • Organising new vehicles when required.
  • Overseeing the customer servicing schedule.
  • Filing reports and maintaining the internal database.
  • Updating online sales data.
  • Completing contract renewal paperwork.
  • Setting up new customer accounts on the online portal.
  • Completing audit checks on the customer portal.
  • Providing holiday cover when required for other members of the team such as invoicing and ordering stock.
  • Assisting with raising job requests and additional invoices for ad hoc work completed.
