Our client is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its highly regarded Pensions team in Edinburgh. The role will involve advising trustees and employers on all aspects of defined benefit and contribution pension schemes. You will also deal with pensions de-risking transactions and work on litigation, enabling clients to be fully briefed on any potentially contentious issues. You will be involved in a wide range of advisory and disputes work.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and relevant experience from a recognised pensions law team, along with enthusiasm and interest in the pensions market. This is a full-time position, and the firm offers excellent training opportunities in a supportive environment.
