What will you be doing?
You’ll be working on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including:
- Mergers, acquisitions, and business disposals
- Succession planning and governance
- Employee share schemes (EMIs, EBTs, EOTs)
- Group restructures and demergers
- Finance and security documentation
- Shareholder agreements, articles of association, and partnership agreements
- Commercial contracts and franchising arrangements
- Supervising more junior members of the team and supporting team development
