Requirements

1. Proven experience in operations or supplier coordination, preferably within the retail or visual merchandising sector.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex projects across multiple regions.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Hands-on approach and willingness to attend site setups and activations in the UK and EU.
5. Creative problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.

Location requirements:

The role is UK-based due to the necessity of close collaboration with the creative team and increased client-facing responsibilities. Regular travel to EU regions will be required for supplier meetings, store visits, and project setups.
