The Innovation Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of a strategic innovation communication programme across both the SP Energy Networks business and external communication channels, ensuring the delivery of clear, consistent, and effective messages to a range of audiences. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and deliver communications strategies, plans, and activities. Manage and coordinate multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistency across all communication channels. Monitor and analyze communications effectiveness, using insights to refine strategies. Provide solutions and know-how on communications and marketing best practices. Liaise with key external suppliers and agencies on production of creative communications. Work closely with the wider stakeholder and communications team. Support the communications team for general communications requests. Work closely with the SPEN Communications Manager to lead crisis comms response. What You’ll Bring Strong experience in corporate communications, public relations, or stakeholder engagement. Excellent content creation skills across multiple formats. Experience communicating complex subjects at all audience levels. Excellent influencing skills with experience working with senior leadership. Results focused with impeccable project management skills.
