Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information about our products and services to potential and existing customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell our services to customers to generate sales leads.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Document customer interactions and record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
