At Skillforce Recruitment, we are hiring Picker Packer roles in Salford, Manchester – The site is located on a main bus route. Our client is a leading homewares company distributing homewares for large blue chip companies and smaller independent retailers. Pay Rates £11.44 – 12.07 p/h Overtime is paid at 1.5X rate Bank holidays paid at 1.5X rate Shift Patterns: • Days Monday – Friday start time's between 6am – 8.30am 8 hour shifts • Afternoons – Monday – Friday 1230pm start 8 hour shifts Benefits of working with us as a Picker Packer: • NO warehouse experience is needed • Full Training Provided • Fantastic attention to detail required with pick sheets • Weekly pay • Onsite free car park As a Picker Packer, you will need to have: • Proficiency in spoken/written English and basic math skills • Flexibility regarding shifts • Ability to work well both individually and in a team • Reliable with a positive attitude Quality checking skills & a keen eye for detail • Previous warehouse experience would be preferred but not essential as full training is being provided Role of a Picker Packer: • Picking • Packing • Sorting • Other general warehouse duties Duration: Ongoing Skillforce Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers
