We’re looking for a financially motivated and commercially-minded Delegate Sales Executive who wants to use their skills to positively impact critical industries and communities. This role is suitable for a recent graduate or candidates at the start of their sales careers. This full-time, hybrid position is based in Canary Wharf, London.

About the Role

  • Reach out to potential delegates/participants through calls, emails, and social media to inform them about upcoming events.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand the needs of potential delegates and match these with our events' features.
  • Follow our minimum KPI standards to help achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Be part of a motivated sales team and learn the business from the ground up.
  • Sell delegate places and tickets on our global events portfolio.
  • Build relationships with leads across various industry sectors and earn commissions for every sale.
  • Qualify and nurture sales leads using excellent customer service skills.
  • Close individual and group delegate registrations for senior business-to-business conferences worldwide.
  • Work comfortably towards targets and communicate with decision makers at leading organizations.
  • Receive training on sales techniques to succeed as a sales executive.
  • Potentially progress into a business development role focusing on higher-level sponsorships or into conference production roles creating high-end events.
