As an Associate, you’ll work alongside a global team of experts across our London, Delhi, US, and Spain offices. You’ll gain hands-on experience across diverse service lines and geographies, building a strong foundation in aviation before choosing your area of specialism. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of clients—from airport operators and airlines to government agencies and investors—on high-impact projects such as:
- Financial modelling and due diligence for airport assets and aircraft valuations
- Supporting aviation decarbonization through Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) and policy implementation (e.g., Refuel EU, EU Taxonomy)
- Helping airlines and airports grow networks, enter new markets, and refine route strategies
What We’re Looking For

Basic Qualifications:
- Degree from a reputable institution, with subjects with a quantitative aspect such as engineering or economics often found to be beneficial
- 1+ years of experience in aviation, finance, or consulting, ideally in roles involving strategic planning, commercial analysis, or operational performance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong analytical capabilities, including familiarity with quantitative methods and data interpretation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple cultures and time zones
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Python, SQL, or aviation-specific datasets is advantageous
- Willingness to travel or work onsite with clients as required
- Additional languages—especially Spanish—is considered a plus
This position is available in either our London or Madrid office.
