Infopro Digital group are recruiting for an Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Legal Consultant on a permanent basis to join our Red on Line brand to work remote out of our London offices. This is a maternity cover for 6 months.

Red-on-line is part of the Infopro-Digital Group and we are looking to recruit one permanent full-time EHS legal consultant or Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional interested in EHS consulting and regulatory compliance. The EHS consultant will be based in out of our London and provide regulatory support to both UK and Irish based clients and international corporate clients. The EHS Legal Consultant will join our team of EHS experts in the UK and Ireland.
The EHS legal consultant position in Ireland and the UK would entail:
- Monitoring and researching UK and Irish EHS legislation;
- Ensuring our clients are informed of key EHS legislative changes;
- Drafting summaries of new or amending legislation and regulatory changes for publication;
- Updating our legal database on a quarterly basis;
- Undertaking site visits or calls with new clients to identify EHS risks associated with their activities as part of the onboarding process;
- Preparing and delivering tailored new client legal registers;
- Supporting the marketing and sales with technical assistance;
- Drafting regulatory assistance responses for clients;
- Collaborating with the European and International Teams on international projects.
Requirements
- A third-level qualification / degree in environmental law, environmental management, science, health and safety management or related fields;
- IOSH Membership or certification is desirable but not essential;
- Comprehensive understanding and application of key EHS legislation in Ireland and the UK;
- Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills;
- Previous knowledge of regulatory compliance is desirable but not essential;
- Demonstrated interest and understanding of environmental, health, and safety issues preferred;
- Fluency in English; other language skills a plus.
