We’re looking for a creative and driven Content Writer to join our Marketing team at Charles Stanley. Reporting to the Content Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver compelling content that resonates with a diverse audience—including private clients, pension trustees, and Independent Financial Advisers—as part of our broader marketing strategy. This is a newly created role, ideal for someone with strong industry experience, a passion for storytelling, and a flair for producing high-quality content across multiple formats and channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and marketing colleagues to develop and deliver a high-impact content programme.
  • Support the Content Manager in implementing a content strategy aligned with marketing KPIs and business growth goals.
  • Research key themes and work with subject matter experts to inform content creation.
  • Write engaging content including articles, newsletters, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Ensure content is adapted and amplified across all owned and earned channels.
  • Help maintain and evolve Charles Stanley’s tone of voice and brand guidelines.
  • Stay informed on our products, services, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Ensure all content complies with regulatory standards while remaining creative and engaging.
  • Uphold brand and compliance standards across all communications.

Experience & Background:

  • Proven experience working within a marketing team across multiple disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of the UK financial services sector, particularly wealth and asset management.
  • Skilled in writing for both private and institutional investors, as well as intermediary audiences (e.g. IFAs, solicitors, accountants).
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across a variety of briefs.
  • Experience engaging with and influencing senior stakeholders.
