We are seeking 2 x enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teachers to work regularly at a large trust we have partnered with to service 34 of their primary schools across the whole county of Northamptonshire. If you are committed to making a positive impact on students\’ learning experiences and are flexible to supply teach across all primary year groups from Reception to Year 6, we want to hear from you! Supply Teacher Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects as a Supply Teacher. * Adapt to different school environments and follow existing lesson plans. * Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning atmosphere because you have the passion and want to showcase it to your learners. * Support students\’ learning and development with enthusiasm and dedication. * Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Supply Teacher Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent must at least hold a degree. (please do not apply of you do not have this as a minimum) * Proven experience working as a Supply Teacher in primary or secondary schools. * Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different classroom settings. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with staff peers and more importantly young learners. * Flexible and reliable with a passion for teaching.
