Responsibilities
- Strategic alignment and design of index-based and active UCITS ETFs.
- Idea generation – identify, research, and assess ETF product and business opportunities across multiple exposures and asset classes, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers to design and implement portfolio construction.
- Work closely with product development and strategy teams on new product launches and liaising with other divisions.
- Research and analyze ETF product performance, industry landscape, and peer performance.
- Provide Portfolio Manager perspectives on investment strategy and positioning to internal and external partners.
- Contribute to ETF thought leadership and white papers for client engagement.
- Educate internal teams on ETF investment strategies and products, articulating investment philosophy, process, and performance.
- Maintain expertise on ETF vehicles and European regulatory environment.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to prospective clients.
- Represent the firm as an ETF subject matter expert at events.
Qualifications
- Degree level, CFA or master’s in finance or economics beneficial.
- Experience in markets or ETFs, with client presentation and firm representation experience.
- Strong financial market knowledge across asset classes.
- Knowledge of asset management trends and regulations.
- Willingness to learn, proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
