We’re hiring on behalf of an exciting fast-growing, innovative creative software company. You'll be the driving force behind new business development — sourcing leads, nurturing them into long-term partnerships, and selling bespoke, interactive digital solutions. Working closely with internal design, development, and project management teams, you’ll guide clients through innovative projects, from pitch to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow your own portfolio of client accounts
  • Lead the full sales cycle — from outreach and pitching to closing and account growth
  • Collaborate with creative teams to shape and present digital product ideas
  • Build lasting relationships through trust, service, and proactive communication
  • Report on sales activity, pipeline, and KPIs (weekly/monthly)
  • Travel to client sites in the UK and internationally as needed
  • Contribute to strategic growth and team targets
  • Own gross margin and budget considerations on your accounts

What We’re Looking For:

  • A driven, proactive sales professional with experience in B2B or solution-led sales
  • Ideally experience within the Events industry
  • Minimum 2 years in sales, skilled at both hunting new business and nurturing these relationships
  • Commercially sharp, customer-focused, and creatively curious
  • Comfortable discussing budgets, negotiating terms, and closing deals
  • Willingness to travel (UK + overseas) and occasionally work weekends when needed
  • Strong communicator with the confidence to guide clients through bespoke projects
