We've very excited to be partnering with an extremely impressive US Headquartered Private Equity investor who are hiring into their newly established London investment team. They provide growth equity, preferred equity and structured debt investment to companies and assets in the digital infrastructure sector. Principally they act as operators and focus on building businesses from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity to join a nimble, dynamic and growing investment team in London whereby you'll work alongside a Principal and Senior Associate and play a key role in investment origination, execution and asset management. A significant proportion of the investment portfolio is already focused in Europe.

This team are high performing, smart, engaging, friendly and humble. They're looking for a talented Associate to join them.

Ideal qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience in private equity, investment banking and/or management consulting
  • Specific sector exposure is not a prerequisite
  • Strong technical foundations in corporate finance and accounting
  • Excellent analytical skills including the ability to manage and execute company valuations, financial and operating models
  • Strong judgment, critical thinking, and outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to draw conclusions from a wide range of data
  • Highly collaborative and proactive with a strong work ethic
  • Willing to work in-person in London office and to travel as needed
  • Ability and motivation to work in an entrepreneurial set-up, where you will get a lot of responsibility
