What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a team of Business Analysts across varying levels of experience
- Running regular one-to-ones, performance reviews, and development conversations
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and career progression
- Creating a culture of continuous feedback, learning, and collaboration
- Acting as a sounding board and mentor for analysts navigating complex challenges
- Working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity across projects

- Experience managing or leading a business analysis function
