About the Role: Transform Sustainability in Manufacturing

We are delighted to partner with a leading manufacturing business seeking an ESG Manager to drive their sustainability strategy and deliver impactful environmental, social, and governance initiatives. This role will be central to advancing their ambitious ESG roadmap over the next five years, supporting their growth objectives and commitment to long-term environmental targets.

As ESG Manager, you will play a crucial role in embedding sustainability into the business’s operations, products, and culture. Collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders, you will lead initiatives to improve environmental performance, meet evolving customer expectations, and deliver sustainable innovation across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and Deliver the ESG Strategy: Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive ESG roadmap, driving performance improvements and aligning with market opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in engineering, with a focus on sustainable solutions and innovation.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • A track record of delivering environmental and financial outcomes within product or project management.
  • Experience working with carbon reduction and sustainability-focused KPIs.
