Are you looking to make the next steps in your CRO career or expand your knowledge of CRO? I am currently working with a Fintech company based in central London looking to hire a CRO Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have around 2 years of experience in CRO. The role involves managing and optimizing the company website, landing pages, and calls-to-action to increase conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads. You will oversee the end-to-end testing process, including hypothesis formulation, design, build, QA, delivery, and analysis.

Monitoring Conversion KPIs and collaborating with data to automate and distribute insights will be key responsibilities. Applicants must have at least 2 years of CRO experience, a strong understanding of UX, and excellent knowledge of Google Analytics (GA).
