We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager / Supervisor to oversee a high-end shop fit-out project in Brighton. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in retail fit-outs, excellent on-site management skills, and a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and logistics.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and site cleanliness.
- Report progress and issues to the project management team.
- Ensure quality control throughout all stages of the fit-out.
Requirements:
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification (SMSTS preferred).
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Proven experience managing shop fit-out or retail fit-out projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
