A Day in the Life of a Dietary Aide / Cornerstone Barista: In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to patients, residents, and staff, ensuring adherence to dietary standards and physician orders. The position involves working in a variety of settings within the healthcare facility, including a coffee shop and deli, which require maintaining strict hygiene and sanitation standards. You will face challenges such as quickly adapting to changing dietary needs and preferences, while managing time efficiently during busy service periods. Collaboration with the nutrition team and other staff is critical to integrate dietary services seamlessly with overall healthcare.
