Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective customers predominantly via phone, email or Inmail through LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Work independently and with the sales team in France to generate new business opportunities leading to closing deals.
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives to build pipeline and revenue (KPIs: Qualified Meetings / Pipeline).
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle for SMB from lead management to closing (KPI: Booked Revenue).
- Strategically approach sales outreach based on target market, ICP, and initiatives.
- Maintain high outbound calling activity to qualify opportunities and follow up with leads.
- Meet behavioral KPIs on lead conversion, touchpoints, responsiveness, and meetings booked.
- Research assigned accounts to understand needs and facilitate follow-up.
- Prospect and warm-call potential clients within targeted areas.
- Continuously seek process improvements in sales and lead management.
Basic Qualifications:
- Fluent in French & English; additional languages like Spanish or Italian are a plus.
- Excellent spoken and written English, capable of engaging with senior leaders.
- Minimum 3 years of outbound Business Development sales experience.
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer industry and challenges.
- Curious about prospects’ businesses, able to ask meaningful questions.
- Experience qualifying leads using methodologies like PACCT or BANT.
- Able to commute to the London office at least once a week.
- Strong administrative skills for logging sales activities.
- Quick learner, adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
