In Summer 2027, England will host the EuroHockey Championships, welcoming Europe’s top men’s and women’s national teams to compete in what will be the largest EuroHockey event ever staged. With group stages held at the iconic Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre on Olympic Park, the tournament will reach its pinnacle in a spectacular 15,000 seater Big Stadium Hockey venue for the Semi Finals and Finals, setting a new benchmark for international hockey in Europe.
This is more than just a tournament; it’s a major international event with global broadcast reach, 100,000 spectators, and a platform to inspire future generations. With a bold ambition to raise the bar for the sport, the EuroHockey Championships 2027 will unite elite performance, unforgettable fan experiences, and lasting community impact.
The EuroHockey Championships 2027 Events Officer will support with the planning and delivery of the EuroHockey and EuroHockey ID Championships in the summer of 2027 as well as supporting other England Hockey Events as required. The Events Team form part of the wider Sport Department in the organisation.
