We are seeking an experienced and qualified Corporate Services Manager to join a leading professional services firm based in central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to oversee a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, with a focus on governance, compliance, and company secretarial responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of corporate governance and compliance services to a portfolio of UK and international clients
- Act as primary point of contact for company secretarial matters including board and shareholder meetings, statutory filings, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure adherence to all relevant legal, regulatory, and best practice standards (Companies Act, FCA, etc.)
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely Companies House filings
- Provide support on restructuring, incorporations, and other corporate changes
- Liaise with directors, external advisors, and internal stakeholders as needed
- Supervise and mentor junior members of the team
Key Requirements:
- ACA or ACCA qualified accountant
- Significant experience in corporate services, compliance, governance, or company secretarial work
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate law and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and board-level interactions
- Experience using company secretarial software (e.g., Blueprint/ Diligent Entities) is an advantage
