We are working with our well-established global client based in Telford who currently have a fantastic opportunity to join their team as a Sales Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced sales operations team where you will be the link between customers, Field Sales Managers and internal departments, ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of orders and maintaining the company’s high standards of service.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Accurately processing customer orders, invoices, and handling complaints.
- Managing export sales documentation and declarations for non-UK clients.
- Using SAP (or similar systems) for order processing and tracking.
- Liaising with Planning, Logistics, and Accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Scheduling and monitoring customer deliveries.
- Keeping despatch records up to date.
- Supporting Field Sales Managers with inbound telephone enquiries.
- Upholding quality standards in every customer interaction.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales admin role.
- Good understanding of sales order processing systems.
- Experience with SAP or a similar CRM system (preferred).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Confident on the phone with a positive, team-focused attitude.
